The Joint Stock Company SARATOVELECTROSVYAZ was created in accordance with the Presidential decree of 01 July 1994 as a result of the privatization of a state enterprise of communication and information service called before ROSSVYAZINFORM. That is one of the biggest regional communication companies of the Volga zone, the leading communication operator of Saratov region. In 1997 Saratovelectrosvyaz occupied the 143d place in the rating of market capitalization 'Expert 2000'.
The Company is a part of the united system of regional communication enterprises that works under general direction fulfilling state programs of telecommunication infrastructure development aimed at well-balanced network throughout the territory of the Russian Federation. |
